PowerPro serves as a remote-controlled main switch and as a second protective measure should the MOSFET switch fail. Alternatively, it can be used purely for shutdown in the event of cell overvoltage or deep discharge. The desired operating mode can be set via a rotary code switch. PowerPro can be flanged to the side of the battery pack just as easily as the SmartPro assembly. The assembly also provides a simple connection for displays (data bus feed). Two galvanically isolated electronic relay outputs provide signals for charge and load control, making it possible to drive combination devices such as the Victron MultiPlus directly. In the switched-off state, the battery's current draw drops to near zero.

You can select the fuse above under nominal current. The maximum permitted fuse rated current for this board is 300 A. If you need higher currents, you can fall back on other models. A smaller fuse makes sense if you want to reduce conductor cross-sections, or if the load is small and you also want to protect it.
